Archer Captioning is owned and operated by Elizabeth Archer.
Archer Captioning services are provided: On-Line, On-Site, and On-Demand.
Since 1995 Archer Captioning has been providing and promoting equal access, anywhere and anytime, to Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Austitic, Tramatic Brain Injury, or English as a Second Language customers in Oregon and Washington states using a state-of-the-art process called CART (Communication Access Real-Time Translation).
In 2005, using the Internet, Archer Captioning was able to expand their CART services to a national level.
